Ellie Pritts is a new media artist renowned for blending creative technology and narrative through analog and digital mediums. Ellie is of Mexican and Irish descent and hails from Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. She was educated in the Chicago Public Schools system and received much of her early art and music education through programs for CPS students.

Ellie’s progressive neurodegeneration has impacted her physical abilities and artistic practice. Despite these challenges, she has embraced technology, especially generative AI, to continue her creative journey. This resilience and adaptation exemplify her pioneering spirit in the realms of creative technology. Through her works across mediums, Ellie crafts immersive worlds that empower viewers to feel limitless. These captivating and uplifting experiences inspire deep mindfulness and awareness, transcending the boundaries of physical limitations.

Pritts’s artwork has gained recognition in publications like Forbes, WIRED, The Art Newspaper, and Smithsonian Magazine. She has also established herself as a creative force commercially, working with leading entities such as OpenAI and Adobe, and global brands like Microsoft, Apple, and Hyatt.
